Inleiding:
Hartelijk dank voor je aankoop van, en voor het gebruik van de Velleman producten. Deze digitale thermostaat module is bijzonder
veelzijdig waar temperatuur regeling of bewaking vereist is.
Wat heb je nodig:
Buiten deze VM148 module heb je een voeding nodig die 12V gelijkspanning levert. Indien U grotere stromen dan 3A moet
schakelen heb je ook een externe contactor nodig.
Wat kan ik doen met deze module ?
Je kan hiermee de temperatuur in een ruimte handhaven tussen 2 bepaalde grenzen, bvb de temperatuur in de woonkamer mag
niet dalen onder de 20°C, als dan de verwarming werkt moet de temperatuur minstens 22°C zijn alvorens de verwarming uitvalt.
Aansturen van een koelinstallatie (airco)
De temperatuur van een onderdeel of proces te bewaken (vb. temperatuur van een behuizing,vloeistof, broeikast...)
Algemene begrippen:
Hystersis : het temperatuursverschil tussen temp° A en temp °B noemen we de hysteresis (min. 0,5°C). Indien per toeval voor de
2 temperatuurinstellingen dezelfde waarde wordt ingegeven zal de waarde temp° A automatisch met 0,5°C worden verhoogd.
Verwarmingsmode : in werking treden van het verwarmingstoestel wanneer de gemeten
temperatuur lager of gelijk is aan de ingestelde temperatuur B tot de gemeten temperatuur hoger is
dan de ingestelde temperatuur A. Verwarmingsmode is actief wanneer temp°A > temp°B.
Koelingsmode : in werking treden van het koeltoestel wanneer de omgevingstemperatuur hoger is
dan de ingestelde temperatuur B dit tot de omgevingstemperatuur daalt onder de ingestelde
temperatuur A. Koelingsmode is actief wanneer temp°A < temp°B.
Als het relais is aangetrokken en het aangesloten toestel dus geactiveerd wordt verschijnt een rood
punt, rechts onderaan het display.
Temperatuuraanduiding : de actuele temperatuur en de instellingen kunnen weergegeven worden
in ° Celsius en ° Fahrenheit.
