Vectron ServiceCall dans un système d’encaissement Vectron - de
manière idéale dans les systèmes d’encaissement mobiles Vectron
- on a trouvé une solution technologiquement parfaite.
Pour tirer pleinement avantage dès le début de tous les effets
positifs de l’intégration de Vectron ServiceCall dans votre établisse-
ment, veuillez prendre note des remarques suivantes.
1. Instruction des clients
En dépit des textes d’information au dos pied publicitaire, les clients
pourraient avoir l’impression de devoir utiliser systématiquement
le bouton d’appel de ServiceCall à chaque fois qu’il souhaitent faire
venir un serveur au lieu de chercher comme toujours à attirer son
attention ou de lui faire un signe de la main pour lui signaler leur
envie de passer une commande.
Si cela devait s’avérer, il serait certainement très utile que le person-
nel de service indique dès la première commande aux clients qui ne
connaissent pas encore le système que celui-ci est conçu pour les
cas où le client penserait devoir attendre trop longtemps la venue
d’un serveur ou que sa commande aurait été oubliée.
