Rejecting a call
When you receive a call, hold down the volume - for 2
seconds.
Close the microphone
During a call, if you want to mute, press the button (you’ll
get a beep every 7 seconds) Play / Pause, and to open to
press the button again.
If you are in a very noisy environment, we recommend you
bring the microphone closer to your mouth to a distance
of 10 cm.
Care and maintenance
Remember to turn off the headset when you need to store
it in your purse or pocket. You may make unwanted calls.
Do not expose your headset, moisture, liquids, because it
is not waterproof.
Do not use abrasive products to clean it.
Do not expose to extreme temperatures, hot or cold.
Do not place the headset near a re, there may be a risk
of explosion.
Do not put your headset into contact with sharp objects,
this may scratch it or damage it.
Do not try to stick something inside your headset, you can
damage internal components.
Do not attempt to disassemble the headset you can reuse
its components.
If you’re not using your headset for long periods, store in
a dry and protected from dust and extreme temperatures.
Simple troubleshooting tips
If you are unable to connect your headset and your spor-
tive:
Make sure your headset is turned on and fully charged.
Check the pairing.
Check the Bluetooth activation on your watch.
Check your watch and headset are not over 10 meters of
each other and that there are no obstacles such as walls
or other electronic device.
If the problem persists, charge your headset, turn off and
on your watch.
If you do not succeed, contact your distributor.
