Inschakelen
Houd de power knop 3 seconden ingedrukt.
Uitschakelen
Ga naar de tijdsweergave. Daar de zijknop 3 seconden ingedrukt houden om de power knop te
tonen. Houd zijknop of schermpje lang ingedrukt om uit te schakelen.
Schermpje
Druk op de zijknop of schud pols om het schermpje op te lichten. (Belangrijk: Schakel de optie ‘Quick
review’ aan in de app Qwatch).
Stappen
Registreer stappen, afstand en verbrande calorieën.
Hartslagmonitor
Voor 24 op 24 hartslag monitor: schakel de optie ‘Full-day heart rate’ in de Qwatch app in onder het
menu ‘Other’.
Slaapmonitor
De slaapmonitor registreert automatisch de slaap tussen 22 uur en 8 uur. De slaap wordt alleen
gemeten wanneer de gebruiker de smartwatch draagt tijdens het slapen.
Meldingen
Schakel de gewenste push notificaties aan in de app. Zorg ervoor dat de gewenste applicaties ook in
de configuratie van je telefoon toestemming hebben voor push notificaties. Deze optie vind je
doorgaans bij configuratie > apps > de gewenste apps kiezen > meldingen toestaan. Zorg ervoor dat
je de app Qwatch in je telefoon alle machtigingen verleent. De berichten op je telefoon worden dan
