Bluetooth verbinding: Nadat er een succesvolle verbinding is, zal de app automatisch het Bluetooth-
adres van de watch bewaren. Wanneer de app geopend is of op de achtergrond draait, zal het
automatisch zoeken naar de smartwatch en verbinden.
Synchronisatie van data: Swipe omlaag in het hoofdscherm van de app voor manuele synchronisatie.
De watch kan gedurende zeven dagen offline data bewaren. Hoe meer data, hoe langer de
synchronisatie duurt. Soms kan dit tot 2 minuten tijd vergen.

Stel bij eerste gebruik van de app alle persoonlijke gegevens in.

• Portretfoto, geslacht, leeftijd, lengte en gewicht kunnen ingesteld worden. Het zo accuraat
mogelijk invullen van de persoonlijke informatie leidt tot betere metingen.
• Persoonlijke sportdoelen instellen: Het is aanbevolen een redelijk en haalbaar trainingsplan te
hanteren voor betere resultaten.
