11Gebruiksaanwijzing en installatiehandleiding mengmodule VR 61
⇒ Teken de beide bevestigingspunten volgens de
bevestigingsopeningen (1) op de juiste plaats af.
⇒ Boor twee gaten voor de overeenkomstige pluggen
en schroef de behuizing
vast.
⇒ De elektrische installatie geschiedt zoals
beschreven in hfdst. 6.
⇒ Plaats het behuizingsdeksel onder weer in de
scharnieren en klap het behuizings- deksel omhoog.
⇒ Schroef het behuizingsdeksel conform afb. 5.1 vast.
5.3 Standaardvoeler VR 10 monteren
De standaardvoeler VR 10 is zodanig uitgevoerd dat deze
naar keuze als boilervoeler (b.v. als dompelvoeler in een
boilervoelerbuis) of als aanvoervoeler
(b.v. in de open verdeler) gebruikt kan worden.
Met de meegeleverde spanband kan de VR 10 ook als
contactvoeler op een CV-buis bevestigd worden. Wij
adviseren de buis met voeler te isoleren, om de best
mogelijke temperatuurregistratie te waarborgen.

6 Elektrische installatie
De elektrische aansluiting mag alleen worden uitgevoerd
door een erkend installateur die verantwoordelijk is voor
het naleven van de bestaande normen en richtlijnen.

Gevaar!
Spanningvoerende aansluitingen!
Bij werkzaamheden in de geopende mengmodule
VR 61 en in de schakelkast van het CV-toestel
bestaat levensgevaar door een elektrische
schok.
Vóór werkzaamheden aan de mengmodule VR 61
en in de schakelkast van het CV-toestel de
stroomtoevoer uitschakelen en beveiligen tegen
opnieuw inschakelen.
De LED (groen) op de printplaat van de
mengmodule VR 61 mag niet branden.
Als de behuizing van de mengmodule VR 61 gesloten is,
open deze dan zoals beschreven in hfdst. 5.2 .
6.1 Mengmodule VR 61 aansluiten
De netvoeding geschiedt op de montageplaats naar de
mengmodule VR 61.
De eBUS-verbinding naar de mengmodule VR 61 kan op
een willekeurige plaats van het eBUS-systeem vertakt
worden (zie afb. 6.1).
⇒ Voer de aansluitbedrading van de mengmodule
VR 61 conform afb. 6.2 uit.

Aanwijzing!
De kabels voor de 230V-netaansluiting en voor
de e-BUS-verbinding zijn niet bij de levering
inbegrepen.
De boilervoeler 1 (SP1, toebehoren VR 10) wordt
op de kabelboom van het CV-toestel
aangesloten (zie aanvullend geldende
documenten, installatiehandleiding CV-toestel).
Dit geldt ook, wanneer de boilerlaadpomp direct
op de mengmodule VR 61 aangesloten wordt.
Bij de installatie van een open verdeler wordt de
aanvoervoeler 1 (VF1, toebehoren VR 10) in de
aanvoer achter of in de open verdeler
gemonteerd. De aansluiting geschiedt via de
printplaatstekker X8 (is bij de regelaar VRC
430 of VRC 430f meegeleverd) in de
schakelkast van het CV-toestel (zie afb. 6.3).
