8.1 System diagram limitation

An external expansion vessel must be included in the

designs for the cylinder charging circuit for boilers that do not

have an integrated diaphragm expansion tank.

The cylinder temperature limiter, which serves to pre-empt

overheating, must be installed in a suitable location in order

to avoid cylinder temperatures above 100 °C.
