3.9 Storingen bij inbedrijfname
- Geen gas aanwezig.
- Lucht in gasleiding.
- Bedieningsknop niet in juiste stand.
- Microschakelaar watergedeelte wordt niet bediend (zie
afb. 10, blz. 19 en 16a, blz. 27, Mag(mini) 11/14 GX en XI).
- Voedingsspanning niet in orde (min. 1 V
DC
) meten aan
de batterijhouder of de aangesloten adapter. Bij GXI
meten aan de generator (zie afb. 17a en b, blz. 29).
- Bougie vonkt niet, defect.
- Kabel defect of slechte verbinding.
- T.T.B.-aansluitblok is gecorodeerd.
- Ionisatiestroom te laag (ca. 3 u
|
A ) door overgangsweer-
stand in kabel/pen verbinding (afb. 16b, blz. 29).
- Gasklep of ontsteekautomaat defect.
3.9.1 Gaszijdig inregelen
Meet eerst de volumestroom water, bij afwijkingen
repareer watergedeelte.
Stap Handeling
1 Meet en noteer de actuele koudwatertemperatuur.
2 Zet temperatuurkiezer op de heetste stand (draai rechtsom).
3 Zet de gasschakelaar in de hoogste stand (draai linksom).
4 Open warmwaterkraan volledig, toestel gaat branden.
5 Meet uitstroomtemperatuur.

Als... Dan...
Uitstroomtemperatuur = 50K Ga verder met stap 8
(60K bij MAG 9) + koudwater-
temperatuur
Uitstroomtemperatuur wijkt af Ga verder met stap 7
7 Verwijder de knop van de gasschakelaar, draai schroef (achter
de knop) in gasblok uit of in tot uitstroomtemperatuur = 50K +
koudwatertemperatuur.
Bij MAG 9/… verdraait u de regelschroef aan de
linkerzijde achter het gasblok tot de uitstroom temperatuur =
60 K + koudwatertemperatuur.
8 Sluit warmwaterkraan, monteer mantel en bedieningsknoppen.
