6. Haal de volledige eenheid ventilator/gasblok uit het
product.
7. Draai de beide bevestigingsschroeven (1) aan het gas-
blok eruit en haal de ventilator van het gasblok.
8. Vervang de defecte ventilator of het defecte gasblok.
9. Monteer het gasblok en de ventilator in dezelfde positie
t.o.v. elkaar, zoals ze voordien in elkaar gezet waren.
Gebruik hiervoor nieuwe afdichtingen.
10. Schroef de ventilator aan het gasblok vast.
11. Als u de gasbuis gedemonteerd had, schroef dan nu de
wartelmoer van de gasbuis (2) eerst alleen los aan het
gasblok. Draai de wartelmoer pas na de inbouwwerk-
zaamheden aan het gasblok vast.
12. Bouw de volledige eenheid ventilator/gasblok in omge-
keerde volgorde opnieuw in. Gebruik hierbij absoluut
een nieuwe afdichting (5).
13. Neem de aanschroefvolgorde van de drie schroeven
tussen ventilator en mengbuis volgens de nummering
(3) (2) en (4)in acht.
14. Schroef de wartelmoer (2) aan het gasblok en de war-
telmoer (8) tussen de gasbuizen vast. Beveilig hier-
bij de gasbuis tegen het verdraaien. Gebruik hiervoor
nieuwe afdichtingen.
15. Voer na beëindiging van de werkzaamheden een dicht-
heidscontrole (functiecontrole) uit. (→ Pagina 26)
16. Als u een nieuw gasblok gemonteerd hebt, voer dan
een gasinstelling uit. (→ Pagina 22)
9.7.3 Warmtewisselaar vervangen
1. Maak het product leeg. (→ Pagina 35)
2. Trek de condensafvoerslang van de warmtewisselaar
af.

3. Verwijder de klemmen (2) en (3) in het bereik van de
aanvoer- en retouraansluiting.
4. Klem de aanvoeraansluiting af.
5. Klem de retouraansluiting af.
6. Verwijder de beide schroeven (1) aan de beide hou-
ders.

7. Verwijder de onderste drie schroeven (2) aan het ach-
terste deel van de houder.
8. Zwenk de houder om en breng de bovenste schroef (1)
aan de zijkant aan.
9. Trek de warmtewisselaar naar onderen en naar rechts
en haal hem uit het product.
10. Monteer de nieuwe warmtewisselaar in omgekeerde
volgorde.
11. Vervang de afdichtingen.
Aanwijzing
Om u te helpen bij het monteren kunt u wa-
ter of in de handel verkrijgbare zeep gebrui-
ken in de plaats van vetten.
12. Steek de aanvoer- en retouraansluiting tot aan de aan-
slag in de warmtewisselaar.
13. Zorg ervoor dat de klemmen aan de aanvoer- en aan
de retouraansluiting correct aangebracht zijn.
14. Vul en ontlucht het toestel en eventueel de CV-installa-
tie. (→ Pagina 24)
