/verbrandingsgasafvoersystemen van

aluminium/RVS

5.6.5.1.1 Verbrandingsluchttoevoer-

/verbrandingsgasafvoersystemen voor

onderdrukbedrijf

Bij onderdruk-verbrandingsluchttoevoer-/verbrandingsgasaf-

voersystemen moet u de Gastec-normen QA 138 en QA 163

in acht nemen.

5.6.5.1.2 Verbrandingsluchttoevoer-

/verbrandingsgasafvoersystemen voor

overdrukbedrijf

Het Vaillant overdruk-VLT/VGA-systeem is een toestelge-

bonden afvoersysteem dat eveneens aan de Gastec-normen

QA138 en QA163 dient te voldoen.

Uitzondering van QA138 bij concentrische en gescheiden

overdruk-verbrandingsluchttoevoer-/verbrandingsgasafvoer-

systemen:

– Drukcompensatie-openingen moeten dicht zijn

– 45°-keerplaten in de gezamenlijke verbrandingsgasaf-

voer voor de effectieve verticale geprefereerde uitlijning

niet gebruiken

– Dichtheid moet per mm diameter van de verbrandings-

gasafvoer onder 30 cm

/h liggen

– de te gebruiken diameter van de verbrandingsgasafvoer

wijkt af:

kende situatie (bijv. bij het gebruik van nog kleinere diame-

ters of een verlenging in de verbrandingsgasafvoer) kunt u

5.6.5.2 Verbrandingsluchttoevoer-

/verbrandingsgasafvoersystemen van

kunststof

Het product kan in combinatie met universeel kunststof ver-

brandingsgasafvoermateriaal van Ubbink/Centrotherm en

M&G/Burgerhout gebruikt worden.

Bij Ubbink/Centrotherm kunt u Rolux VGA-materialen voor

VLT/VGA-systemen inzetten.

Bij M&G/Burgenhout kunt u BM-PP Multi Flex DN 100 en

DN 130 gebruiken.

De te gebruiken diameters hangen bij beide varianten af

van het aantal CV-toestellen en het vermogen van het CV-

toestel:

▶ Installeer het verbrandingsluchttoevoer-/verbrandings-

gasafvoersysteem conform de installatie- en montage-

handleidingen van de fabrikant van de lucht-verbran-

dingsgas-systeemcomponenten.

▶ Neem de overeenkomstige normen in acht, daaronder de

normen m.b.t brandpreventie en dichtheid.

▶ Gebruik bij niet ronde kanalen voor de luchttoevoer de

hydraulische diameter (Dh).

– Dh = 4 x oppervlak/omvang

▶ Controleer de dichtheid van de toevoerluchtleiding.

– Lekkage per verdieping ≤ 1,5 m³/h bij een drukver-

schil van 100 Pa
