1. Maak het product leeg. (→ Pagina 35)
2. Verwijder de temperatuursensor (3).
3. Verwijder de bovenste clip (1).
4. Verwijder de onderste clip (4).
5. Verwijder de aanvoerbuis (2).
6. Verwijder het CV-filter (5) en reinig deze.
7. Ga bij het opnieuw inbouwen van de componenten in
omgekeerde volgorde te werk.
10.14 Compacte thermomodule inbouwen

1. Steek de compacte thermomodule (5) op de warmte-
wisselaar (6).
2. Draai de vier nieuwe moeren (7) kruiselings vast tot de
branderflens gelijkmatig tegen de aanslagvlakken zit.
– Aanhaalmoment: 6 Nm
3. Steek de stekkers (1) tot (4) en (8) er opnieuw op.
4. Sluit de gasleiding met een nieuwe afdichting aan. Be-
veilig hierbij de gasbuis tegen het verdraaien.
5. Open de gaskraan.
6. Zorg ervoor dat er geen ondichtheden zijn.
7. Controleer of de afdichtingsring in de luchtaanzuigbuis
goed in de uitsparing zit.
8. Steek de luchtaanzuigbuis opnieuw op de aanzuigaan-
sluiting.
9. Bevestig de luchtaanzuigbuis met de klemschroef.
10. Controleer de gasstroomdruk.
10.15 Product op dichtheid controleren
▶ Controleer het product op dichtheid. (→ Pagina 26)
10.16 Voordruk van het expansievat controleren
1. Maak het product leeg. (→ Pagina 35)
2. Meet de voordruk van het expansievat aan de klep van
het vat.
Voorwaarden: Voordruk < 0,075 MPa (0,75 bar)
▶ Vul het expansievat volgens de statische hoogte van de
CV-installatie idealerwijs met stikstof, anders met lucht
bij.
▶ Zorg ervoor dat het aftapventiel tijdens het bijvullen geo-
pend is.
3. Als aan de klep van het expansievat water naar bui-
ten komt, dan dient u het expansievat te vervangen
(→ Pagina 32).
4. Vul en ontlucht de CV-installatie. (→ Pagina 24)
10.17 Inspectie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden
afsluiten
Nadat u alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden hebt afgesloten:
▶ Controleer de gasaansluitdruk (gasstroomdruk).

▶ Controleer het CO2-gehalte.
▶ Stel (→ Pagina 27)evt. het onderhoudsinterval opnieuw
in.
11 Buitenbedrijfstelling
11.1 Product definitief buiten bedrijf stellen
▶ Druk op de aan-/uittoets.
◁ Het display gaat uit.
▶ Verbreek de verbinding van het product met het elektrici-
teitsnet.
▶ Sluit de gaskraan.
▶ Sluit de koudwaterstopkraan.
▶ Maak het product leeg. (→ Pagina 35)
