social de notre société. Pour garantir le bon fonctionne-
ment des appareils Vaillant sur long terme, et pour ne
pas changer la situation autorisée, il faut utiliser lors
d’entretiens et dépannages uniquement des pièces déta-
chées de la marque Vaillant.

Si vous souhaitez bénéficier de la garantie constructeur,
l‘appareil doit impérativement avoir été installé par un
installateur qualifié et agréé.
Nous accordons une garantie constructeur au proprié-
taire de l‘appareil conformément aux conditions généra-
les de vente Vaillant locales et aux contrats d‘entretien
correspondants.
Seul notre service après-vente est habilité à procéder à
des travaux s‘inscrivant dans le cadre de la garantie.
