Situation 3: Der Taucher strengt sich über eine längere Zeit an (z. B. Strömung).
Empfohlenes Verhalten
Während des Tauchgangs: Weitere körperliche Anstrengung wenn möglich vermeiden. Erholungspause ein-
legen.
Dekompressionszeit auf der obersten Stufe falls möglich verlängern.
Nach dem Tauchgang:
Beim nächsten Tauchgang soll auf erhöhte körperliche Anstrengung verzichtet
werden.
Auf genügend langes Oberflächenintervall achten, eventuell erst am nächsten
Tag wieder tauchen.
Situation 4: Der Taucher kann seine Intervallzeit nicht so lange ausdehnen, dass die
Anzeige <Atn> vor dem nächsten Tauchgang löscht (z. B. bei organi-
sierten Tauchgängen vom Boot).

Sport Plus berechnet eine konservativere Nullzeit oder Dekompres-
sionsvorschrift, um dem Stickstoff in der Gegend von Blasen genügend Zeit zur
Entsättigung zu geben.
Empfohlenes Verhalten
Während des Tauchgangs: Beim Tauchgang soll auf ein «blasenarmes» Profil geachtet werden (Tiefe auf
max. 25 Meter beschränken, langsamer Aufstieg, grösste Tiefe zu Beginn des
Tauchgangs).
Nach dem Tauchgang: Intervall nach dem Tauchgang genügend lang planen (<Atn>-Anzeige soll
löschen).
