MODOS DE COCCIÓN PASO A PASO MODOS DE COCCIÓN PASO A PASO
El modo Yogurt (Yogur) trabaja a temperaturas
más bajas que otros modos de cocción y está
diseñado solo para hacer yogur.
Utilice el modo Yogurt (Yogur) para elaborar
sus propios yogures caseros y deliciosos.
1.
Agregue los ingredientes.
2.
Presione > para desplazarse al modo
Yogurt (Yogur). Presione START/ENTER
(Inicio/Ingreso) para seleccionarlo.
3.
La olla multifunción se precalentará hasta
alcanzar la temperatura de la función
Simmer (Hervir a fuego lento). Si desea
configurar el tiempo de cocción, configure
el temporizador y luego presione START/
ENTER (Inicio/Ingreso) para que comience
la cuenta regresiva del temporizador.
4.
Una vez finalizado el hervor a fuego lento,
presione el botón > para continuar a la
función Culture (Cultivo).
5.
La olla multifunción se enfriará hasta la
temperatura del modo Culture (Cultivo).
Si desea configurar el tiempo de cultivo,
configure el temporizador y luego
presione START/ENTER (Inicio/Ingreso)
para que comience la cuenta regresiva del
temporizador.
NOTA: La temperatura de cocción a fuego
lento por defecto para el modo Yogurt (Yogur)
(paso 1) está diseñada para 4 tazas (0,95
L) de leche. Deje calentar durante 10 a 12
minutos aproximadamente antes de agregar
yogur o fermento comercial para preparar el
yogur. Para cantidades mayores o menores,
ajuste el tiempo según corresponda y use un
termómetro de cocina para asegurarse de que
la leche alcance 85 °C (185 °F) antes de pasar
al modo Culture (Cultivo) (paso 2).
