La rotación de la manopla pone en funcionamiento
el horno activando la rotación del ventilador y
encendiendo la luz interna.
Al fi nalizar la cocción la manopla queda en
posición cero, y el horno se apaga.
PROGRAMACION DE LA TEMPERATURA DE
COCCION
La temperatura en el interior de la cámara
de cocción se programa mediante la
correspondiente manopla (manopla a derecha)
: la temperatura se programa en un rango de 0
– 300 °C.
El indicador de la Temperatura cuando está
encendido señala que la resistencia está activa;
una vez que se alcanza la temperatura deseada
el indicador se apaga.
4. FUNCIONES VARIAS (PRESENTES SOLO EN
LOS HORNOS CON PANEL ELECTRONICO
Classic E Dynamic)
Los hornos cuentan con un interruptor que detiene
su funcionamiento cuando se abre la puerta:
cuando la puerta es abierta el ciclo de cocción
(sea en modalidad manual que en modalidad
programada) entra en pausa (no se pierde ningún
dato); cuando la puerta se cierra el ciclo de cocción
parte nuevamente.
CICLO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LOS
VENTILADORES
Cada 2 minutos los ventiladores se detienen e
invierten el sentido de rotación.
5. LIMPIEZA DEL HORNO
ADVERTENCIA:
Antes de efectuar cualquier intervención de
mantenimiento o limpieza es necesario desconectar
la alimentación eléctrica y esperar al enfriamiento
del aparato.
5.1 PRIMERA UTILIZACION DEL HORNO
Para la primera utilización del aparato: limpiar
lo parte metálica con agua caliente y jabón,
luego enjuagarlo. No limpiar nunca el interior
de la cámara de cocción con ácidos o productos
agresivos.
Calentarl el horno vacío por 30 minutos a una
temperatura aproximada de 200°C para eliminar
eventuales olores del aislamiento térmico.
