un range di 0 – 300 °C.
La Spia Temperatura quando acceso segnala che
la resistenza è attiva; raggiunta la temperatura
desiderata la spia si spegne.

GESTIONE PORTA FORNO
E’ presente un interruttore che ferma il
funzionamento del forno quando si apre la porta:
quando la porta viene aperta il ciclo di cottura (sia
in modalità manuale che in modalità programmata)
viene messo in pausa (non viene perso alcun dato);
quando la porta viene richiusa il ciclo di cottura
riparte.
CICLO FUNZIONAMENTO VENTOLE
Ogni 2 minuti le ventole si fermano e invertono il
loro senso di rotazione.
5. PULIZIA FORNO
AVVERTENZA:
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento di
manutenzione o pulizia è necessario disinserire
l’alimentazione elettrica e aspettare il
raffreddamento dell’apparecchio.
5.1 PRIMA UTILIZZAZIONE DEL FORNO
Per la prima utilizzazione dell’attrezzatura: pulire
la parte in metallo con acqua calda e sapone
e risciacquarlo. Non lavare mai l’interno della
camera con acidi o prodotti aggressivi.
Riscaldarlo quindi a vuoto per 30 minuti circa alla
temperatura di 200°C per eliminare eventuali odori
dell’isolamento termico.
5.2 PULIZIA CAMERA DI COTTURA
Ogni fine ciclo di cottura pulire l’interno della
camera di cottura usando prodotti adatti allo
scopo.
Non usare per la pulizia dell’acciaio acidi, prodotti
aggressivi o prodotti contenenti cloro (ipoclorito
sodico, acido cloridrico etc.) nemmeno se diluiti.
5.3 PULIZIA ESTERNA FORNO
Non utilizzare un getto d’acqua in pressione per il
lavaggio esterno del forno.
Utilizzare panni inumiditi.
6. SPEGNIMENTO IN CASO DI GUASTO
In caso di guasto disattivare l’apparecchiatura:
- disinserire l’interruttore automatico di
alimentazione elettrica, posto a monte
dell’apparecchiatura.
- rivolgersi ad un centro di assistenza tecnica con
personale addestrato.
