Gateau
150 g de farine, 1 pt.cl. de levure chimique,
140 g de sucre, 125 de beurre, 2 œufs, ½ sachet
de sucre à la vanille, 60 ml. de lait. Préparez
une pâte lisse.
Ajouter selon votre gout des flocons de chocolat,
des raisins, des noisettes râpées, ou des myrtilles.
Ne plus mixer, mais remuer à la main.
Préchauffer le four à 160 °C. Beurrez une petite
forme de patisserie, y versez la pâte et faire
cuire le gateau pour env. 30-35 minutes.
Laisser refroidir le gateau et le décorer d’un
glaçage de chocolat ou de sucre en poudre.
