1. Neem alle instructies van de veiligheidsins-
tructies in acht.
2. Controleer of u een veilige standplaats geko-
zen hebt.
3. Steek de stekker in een stopcontact (220–
240 V~, 50 Hz).
4. Stel de gewenste functie aan de draairege-
laar in:
Gebruik als verwarming
- Stand „I“ voor geringe warmte
(ca. 1.300 Watt)
- Stand „II“ voor meer warmte
(ca. 2.000 Watt)
Stel de gewenste temperatuur m.b.v. de
thermostaat-draairegelaar in door aan de
regelaar te draaien. De regelaar is traploos
instelbaar. Het controlelampje geeft aan dat
het apparaat in werking is.
Gebruik als ventilator
Stand „ “ voor de ventilator-functie
(koele lucht)
Attentie: Als het apparaat van tevoren als
verwarming werd gebruikt, is de uitstro-
mende lucht in het begin nog warm. Afhan-
kelijk van het van tevoren ingestelde verwar-
mingsvermogen duurt het even, voordat het
apparaat koele lucht uitstroomt.
Als u de ventilator-functie wilt instellen,
moet u de thermostaat-draairegelaar op de
hoogste stand zetten.
5. Het apparaat warmt zo lang, totdat de
gewenste temperatuur bereikt is, daarna
schakelt het automatisch uit. Zodra de tem-
peratuur in de ruimte lager is dan de inge-
stelde temperatuur, schakelt het apparaat
automatisch weer in.
6. Om het apparaat uit te schakelen, draait u
de draairegelaar naar de stand „O“ en trekt
u de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Houd er a.u.b. rekening mee dat het
apparaat heel heet kan worden – ver-
brandingsgevaar! Houd vooral kin-
deren uit de buurt van het apparaat.

IN GEBRUIK NEMEN
OVERVERHITTINGSBEVEILIGING
1. Het apparaat is uitgerust met een dubbele
oververhittings-beveiligingsfunctie, die het
apparaat bij een overmatige verhitting van
boven de 70 °C uitschakelt.
2. Als de oververhittingsbeveiliging geactiveerd
werd, schakelt u het apparaat uit, trekt u
de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat u het
apparaat minstens 10 minuten afkoelen.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
Schakel het apparaat uit: draait u de
draairegelaar naar de stand „O“.
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Laat het apparaat goed afkoelen.
1. Gebruik nooit scherpe schuurmiddelen,
staalwol, metalen voorwerpen, hete schoon-
maakmiddelen of desinfecterende midde-
len.
2. U kunt de stof uit het apparaat verwijde-
ren, door voorzichtig een stofzuiger dicht
bij het luchtinlaat- en luchtuitlaatrooster te
houden.
3. Berg de ventilatorkachel op een droge en
veilige plaats op, om het apparaat tegen
stof, stoten, hitte en vocht te beschermen.
OSCILLATIE-FUNCTIE/ZWENKFUNCTIE
1. Hiermee is het mogelijk
om de luchtstroom over een
groter oppervlak te verdelen,
omdat het apparaat in een
bepaalde radius heen en weer
zwenkt.
2. Bij elk soort gebruik kan de oscillatie-func-
tie ingeschakeld worden. Druk hiervoor op
de „Swing“ toets aan de achterkant van het
apparaat.
3. Als u het apparaat in een bepaalde positie
wilt laten staan, drukt u opnieuw op de toets
„Swing“.
4. Schakel de oscillatie-functie weer uit, voor-
dat u het apparaat uitschakelt.
