preparing THe appLiance For operaTion
1. Ensure that you have selected a safe loca-
tion.
2. Comply with all safety instructions and
safety regulations.
3. Plug the mains plug of the appliance into an
electrical outlet (220-240 V ~ 50 Hz)
4. Select the desired temperature level on the
rotary regulator.
Heating mode
„Low „for lower heating temperatures
(1,200 watt)
„High“ for more heat (2,000 watt)
Fan operation
“Cooler” for the fan function (cool air)
5. Then select the desired temperature on the
rotary thermostat regulator. The regulator is
variably adjustable.
6. The appliance heats until the desired tem-
perature is reached, then the appliance
switches off. The appliance will switch on
again as soon as the room temperature
drops below the set temperature.
7. When you adjust the fan function, you must
place the rotary thermostat regulator on the
highest position.
8. To switch off the appliance, place the rotary
regulator on the OFF position.
9. Always switch off the appliance after use
by placing the rotary regulator in the OFF
position, and unplug the appliance from the
electrical outlet.
    



oVerHeaTing proTecTion circuiT
1. The appliance is equipped with an overhe-
ating protection circuit that switches the
appliance off when it is heated over 70°C.
2. If the overheating protection circuit has
been tripped, switch the appliance off,
unplug the plug from the electrical outlet
and let the appliance cool for at least 10
minutes.
3. Eliminate the cause of the overheating, (e.g.
excessive dust in the appliance, air outlet
grille is covered) and start up the appliance
again.
4. If after eliminating the cause, you still can-
not switch the appliance back on, or if the
overheating protection circuit switches on
without an apparent reason, contact our
customer service organisation.
cLeaning anD care

4. Never use any abrasive scouring agents,
steel wool, metal objects, hot cleaning
agents or disinfectants.
5. You can remove dust in the appliance if you
carefully hold a vacuum cleaner against the
air inlet and outlet grille.
6. Store the fan heater in a dry, safe place so
that it is protected from dust, shocks, heat
and moisture.
oSciLLaTion FuncTion / Swing FuncTion
1. With this function it is pos-
sible to distribute the air flow
over a larger area, because
the appliance swings back
and forth in a specific radius.
2. The oscillation function
can be switched on in every mode. To do
this, press the “Swing” button on the rear
of the appliance.
3. If you want to stop the appliance in a speci-
fic position, press the “Swing” button again.
4. Switch off the oscillation function before
you switch off the appliance.
