1 manojo de albahaca, 50 g de parmesano cortado en trozos gruesos y 2–3 dientes de ajo con 1/8 L
de aceite de oliva prensado en frío. Añadir el aceite gota a gota por la abertura de la tapa hasta que
la mezcla sea cremosa. Sírvanse los espaguetis calientes.
Limpie el vaso rápidamente tras la preparación para evitar que se transmita el sabor a ajo.
Guacamole – Puré de aguacate
1 aguacate maduro, 2 c.s. de nata agria, 1 c.s. de zumo de lima, ¼ c.c. de comino molido, 1 c.s. de
cilantro verde picado, sal, pimienta, tabasco.
Parta en dos el aguacate y deshuéselo. Extraiga la pulpa y tritúrelo en la batidora con la nata, el zumo
de lima y los condimentos. Sazone con sal y pimienta.
Crep de huevos
500 ml de leche, 3 huevos, 1 pizca de sal, 250 g de harina.
Ponga todos los ingredientes en el recipiente y mézclelos bien, presionando varias veces el interruptor
de detención rápida. Deje que la masa suba durante aprox. 15 min.
Masa para pasteles
150 g de harina, 1 c.c. de levadura, 140 g de azúcar, 125 g de margarina blanda, 2 huevos,
½ paquete de azúcar de vainilla, 60 ml de leche.
Ponga todos los ingredientes en la licuadora, mezcle en la posición MÁX. hasta que la masa esté
suave. Añada al gusto 2-3 c.s. de virutas de chocolate, avellana molida, pasas o p.ej. arándanos
frescos. No lo mezcle más. Precaliente el horno a 180 ºC. Engrase un molde. Vierta la masa en forma
de pastel o de magdalenas, alísela. Hornee las magdalenas durante aprox. 15-20 min., el pastel
aprox. 30-35 min. Ponga el pastel en una rejilla y cuando se enfríe, decórelo con una cobertura o
azúcar en polvo.
