Calor inferior
1. Ponga los alimentos que quiere mantener calientes y sitúelo sobre la parrilla en
la parte central del horno.
2. Seleccione con el selector de funciones la función deseada.
3. Ajuste ahora la temperatura desea.
4. Seleccione con la función de preselección de tiempo el periodo de funciona-
miento para la función de mantener caliente.
GRATINAR
RECETAS
Tostada de pizza
Ingredientes: 4 rebanadas de pan de molde,
2 lonchas de embutido cervelat, 1 loncha de ja-
món cocido, 1 tomate pequeño, 1 cucharada de
rodajas de champiñones, 2 lonchas de queso
edam, 2 cucharadas de nata agria, ½ cuchara-
dita de orégano, sal y pimienta
Preparación: Colocar las rebanadas sobre la pa-
rrilla, introducir la parrilla en la tercera guía des-
de abajo y tostar las rebanadas brevemente con
calor superior e inferior a 220° C hasta que la
cara superior esté ligeramente dorada, dar la
vuelta y tostar brevemente también la segunda
cara. Cortar en cuadraditos finos todos los ingre-
dientes excepto la nata y las especias, mezclar-
los con la nata y las especias y distribuir sobre
las rebanadas tostadas. Colocar las tostadas so-
bre la bandeja engrasada, introducirla al horno
en la tercera guía desde abajo y gratinar duran-
te unos 5 minutos a 220 ºC con calor superior
e inferior.
Tostada Hawai
Ingredientes: 4 rebanadas de pan de molde,
4 lonchas de jamón cocido, 4 rodajas de piña,
4 lonchas de queso edam
Preparación: Colocar las rebanadas sobre la pa-
rrilla, introducir la parrilla en la tercera guía des-
de abajo y tostar las rebanadas brevemente con
calor superior e inferior a 220 ºC hasta que la
cara superior esté ligeramente dorada, dar la
vuelta y tostar brevemente también la segunda
cara. Colocar sobre cada tostada una loncha de
jamón cocido, una rodaja de piña y por último
una loncha de queso. Colocar las tostadas ador-
nadas sobre la bandeja engrasada, introducirla
al horno en la tercera guía desde abajo y gratinar
durante unos 5 minutos a 220° C.
