Pollo grigliato croccante
Tempo di preparazione: circa 70 minuti
Ingredienti:
1 pollo da 1 kg circa, 1 cucchiaino di sale, 1
cucchiaino di paprika, 2 cucchiai di olio
Con sale, paprika ed olio, preparare una marina-
ta e cospargere il pollo.
Infilzare la carne condita sullo spiedo e fissare
con le due pinze.
Legare le eventuali parti sporgenti, come ad es.
le ali, con filo da cucina.
Agganciare lo spiedo per girarrosto nell’apparec-
chio. Grigliare a 230 °C con calore superiore e
inferiore per circa 60 minuti.
Fissare i fermi serrando le viti.
Quindi introdurre lo spiedo nel vano di cottura, con il lato appiattito verso avanti, nella relativa sca-
nalatura sulla sinistra.
L‘altra estremità con il lato appuntito dello spiedo va agganciata nel supporto sul lato destro.
Quindi impostare la funzione desiderata per il forno. Raccomandiamo calore superiore e inferiore a
massimo 230 °C.
Consigliamo di spennellare l‘alimento, durante la cottura, più volte con olio o marinata, in modo che
non si secchi e si formi una crosta croccante.
