Confitura de bayas
Ingredientes
Bayas al gusto* 800 g
Azúcar gelatinizante tipo
2:1
500 g
Zumo de limón 2 cucharada
Wasser 2 EL ca.
PROGRAMA 13, CONFITURA
*Puede utilizar fresas (en ese caso, utilice solo
700 g dado que esta confitura forma algo de
espuma), frambuesas, arándanos, moras o también
grosellas. Las cerezas no son tan aptas.
Mezclar finamente las bayas, el azúcar
gelatinizante y el zumo de limón. Verter al molde
con la amasadora colocada. Iniciar programa
13. Después de finalizar el programa, llenar
unos frascos a rosca con la confitura del molde.
¡Atención! La confitura está muy caliente. ¡Peligro
de quemaduras! Cerrar bien los frascos con una
tapa, darles la vuelta y dejar enfriar.
