9. Coloque el recipiente de comida deseado sobre el calientaplatos. ¡No colo-
que nunca los alimentos directamente sobre la placa de vidrio!
10. Para mantener calientes los alimentos, utilice recipientes resistentes al
calor y, a ser posible, planos y con un fondo que se apoye bien sobre la
placa. Con recipientes altos o con fondo desnivelado se pierde el calor. Tape
los recipientes con una tapa adecuada para una acumulación más eficaz
del calor.
11. Con grandes cantidades de llenado recomendamos remover la comida regu-
larmente para obtener una distribución uniforme del calor.
12. Los recipientes de comida pueden calentarse mucho. Por ello, utilice siem-
pre agarraderas adecuadas o guantes de protección cuando vaya a tocar los
recipientes.
13. Cuando quiera desplazar el aparato o colocarlo en otro sitio, retire siempre
los recipientes de comida del mismo. Toque el calientaplatos solo por las
asas.
14. Después del uso desconectar siempre el aparato con el interruptor ON/OFF
y desenchufar la clavija de la red eléctrica.
Cuidado:
¡La superficie del aparato se calienta mucho!
Desenchufe el aparato siempre después de su uso y antes de la
limpieza.
El aparato no debe ser nunca sumergido en agua o en otro líquido.
Deje enfriar el aparato antes de limpiarlo.
1. Limpie la superficie con un paño húmedo y un poco de detergente. No uti-
lice productos abrasivos o lana de acero.
2. No utilice chorro de agua (p. ej., agua de presión) para limpiar el aparato.
3. Seque bien el aparato después de la limpieza.
4. Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco y sin polvo.
