Batir el huevo con el azúcar glas hasta
formar una mezcla espumosa e incor-
porar el pan rallado, las castañas, las
almendras, la mermelada y la canela.
Rellenar las manzanas con la masa.
Colocar la tapa, introducir las manza-
nas en la cesta de la freidora y freír a
180 °C durante 25 minutos aprox.
Alitas de pollo crujientes
500 g de alitas de pollo, 2 cucharadas
de aceite, sal, pimienta y pimentón
Lavar las alitas y secarlas con papel
de cocina. Preparar una marinada con
aceite, sal, pimienta y pimentón. Mari-
nar las alitas y dejar reposar 10 minu-
tos. Introducir en la cesta de la freido-
ra y freír a 200 °C durante 30 minutos
aprox. dando la vuelta a las alitas con
frecuencia para que se hagan bien.
Muslos de pollo crujientes a la cerveza.
500 g de muslos de pollo, 100 ml de
cerveza rubia, 1 cucharadita de miel,
1 cucharadita de pimentón, ½ cucha-
radita de sal y pimienta al gusto
Lavar los muslos de pollo y secarlos
con papel de cocina. Preparar una
marinada con cerveza, miel, pimen-
tón, sal y pimienta. Marinar los mus-
los de pollo durante 1–2 horas aprox.
Extraer la carne de la marinada, secar
con papel de cocina, colocar en la ces-
ta de la freidora y freír a 200 °C duran-
te 30 minutos aprox. dando la vuelta a
los muslos con frecuencia para que se
hagan bien.
