12. Los alimentos húmedos o congelados deben
introducirse lentamente y con cuidado al
aceite caliente para evitar las salpicaduras
y que el aceite genere espuma.
13. Si el aceite generara mucha espuma, retire
los alimentos y espere un poco antes de
volver a introducirlos en el aceite.
