Mais-Waffeln
3 Eier, 50 g weiche Butter, 3 EL Honig, 1
EL Ahornsirup, 150 ml Milch, 200 g Mais-
mehl, 100 g Mandelblätter
Alle Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig verar-
beiten und vor dem Backen ca. 15 Minu-
ten ausquellen lassen.
Das Waffeleisen sollte bei diesem Teig gut
eingefettet werden!
Reis-Waffeln
150 g Milchreis, 600 ml Milch, 1 EL Zu-
cker, 30 g Butter, 4 Eier, ½ TL Zimt, 1
Pr. Salz
Aus Milchreis, Milch, Zucker und Butter
einen Reisbrei kochen und abkühlen las-
sen. Eier, Zimt und Salz unter den Brei
rühren.
Das Waffeleisen sollte bei diesem Teig gut
eingefettet werden!
Kartoffel-Waffeln
675 g rohe, fein geriebene Kartoffeln,
2 rohe, fein geriebene/gehackte Zwiebeln,
4 Eier, 2 Pr. Salz, 2 EL saure Sahne, 5 EL
fein gehackte Petersilie, 100-125 g Kar-
toffelstärke
Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln mit dem
ESGE-Zauberstab fein zerkleinern oder
fein reiben und mit den anderen Zutaten
gut vermischen.
Das Waffeleisen sollte bei diesem Teig gut
eingefettet werden!
