zestes d’orange, 75 g couverture, 60 g nougat,

1-2 grandes cuillères de liqueur de cacao ou

rhum, 250 ml de crème

Faire cuire le sucre avec l’eau, fouettez les

jaunes d’oeufs avec le sucre dissolu et les zestes

d’orange dans un bain-marie. Faire fondre le

nougat et la couverture et l’ajouter aux oeufs,

ajouter le liqueur. Laisser refroidir. Ajouter la

crème Chantilly et préparer un parfait dans la

sorbetière.
