11. Press the START/STOP button. The app-
liance will start stirring the ingredients. The
green control lamp “Stir” lights up.
12. Cooling will automatically begin
approximately 2 minutes later and the red
control lamp “Cool” will light up.
13. The display switches between the remaining
time and the current temperature in the
appliance.
14. During operation, you can suspend the
stirring process at any time by pressing
the START/STOP button. Stirring can be
resumed by pressing the START/STOP
button again.
15. During operation, you can extend the
operating time by pressing the time
selection button. The operating time can be
extended in 5-minute steps, up to a maxi-
mum of 60 minutes.
16. At the end of the time set, the appliance
switches off automatically and an acoustic
signal beeps 10 times. “0:00” is shown on
the display.
17. If the ice cream is not removed within
10 minutes of the sounding of the
completion signal, the cooling function
will automatically kick in to prevent the ice
cream from melting.
18. The automatic cooling function cools the
ice cream in steps of 10 minutes up to a
maximum of 1 hour.
19. Before removing the ice cream, switch off
the machine and pull out the plug.
20. .To remove the prepared ice cream, first
take off the transparent lid.
21. Then remove the ice cream bowl from the
appliance and carefully extract the mixer
from the ice cream.
22. Fill the ice cream into a suitable container.
Please use plastic or wooden spoons
rather than sharp or pointed items to avoid
damaging the coating.
23. If you wish, you can prepare more ice cream
immediately afterwards. Simply start again
from Step 1.
24. Tip:
When preparing fruit ice cream or sorbet,
remove the ice cream bowl immediately at
the end of the program, fill the ice cream
into a deep-freezable container and place
it in the freezer to allow the ice cream to
freeze through completely: while the ice
cream may have solidified on the outside,
it may possibly still be slightly liquid on the
inside.
25. Once you have finished preparing ice cream,
switch off the appliance using the ON/OFF
switch and remove the plug.
1. Before cleaning, always switch off and unplug
the appliance, and allow the appliance to cool
down
2. Never clean the appliance with or under
water or with other liquids.
3. Never use any rough or abrasive cleaning
materials.
4. With the exception of the drive unit you can
clean the removable parts in warm water
with a mild detergent. The parts are not
dishwasher-proof.
5. Wipe the compressor casing with a damp
cloth.
6. Dry all the parts with a soft cloth before
reassembling them.
