Garnalen met tomatensaus
Ingrediënten:
100 g gegaarde garnalen (pot)
100 g courgettes in plakjes
een beetje olijfolie
100 g gekookte rijst
tomatensaus
Bereiding:
De garnalen en de courgetteplakjes in de geoliede
pannetjes 2 minuten lang braden, regelmatig
omdraaien. In het met boter gevette pannetje een
beetje rijst doen, courgettes en garnalen eroverheen,
met tomatensaus bedekken en 3 – 4 min. lang garen.
Aardappelen met knoflooksaus
Ingrediënten:
200 g gekookte en geschilde in
de schil gekookte aardappelen
knoflooksaus, boter
Bereiding:
Het gevette pannetje voor de helft met aard-
appelplakjes vullen, met knoflooksaus bedekken en 3–
4 minuten lang garen.
Fruit met zoete saus – een lekker dessert
Ingrediënten:
150 g fruit naar jaargetijde in
hapklare stukjes gesneden
citroensap, zoete saus.
Bereiding:
Een beetje fruit in het pannetje doen, weinig
citroensap eroverheen sprenkelen, met zoete saus
bedekken. 3 – 4 minuten lang garen.
