Pommes de terre, courgettes, jambon avec sauce au poivre
Ingrédients:
100 g de pommes de terre en
robe de champ, pelées
100 g de petites courgettes
coupées
100 g de jambon cuit en bandes
un peu de beurre, sel, poivre
Préparation:
Beurrer les poêlettes, griller les tranches de courgette
dans la poêlette en 2 minutes, mettre quelques
tranches de pommes de terre et de courgette dans les
poêlettes.
Ajouter le jambon, assaisonner et napper avec de la
sauce au poivre, gratiner 3-4 minutes.
Crevettes avec sauce aux tomates
Ingrédients:
100 g de crevettes cuites
100 g de courgettes coupées
un peu d’huile d’olives
100 g de riz cuit
sauce aux tomates
Préparation:
Faire cuire les crevettes et les courgettes 2 minutes
dans la poêlette de gril en les tournant de temps en
temps. Donner un peu de riz dans les poêlettes
beurrées, ajouter les courgettes et les crevettes, et
napper avec la sauce aux tomates, faire gratiner 3-4
minutes.
Pommes de terre avec sauce à l’ail
Ingrédients:
200 g de pommes de terre en
robe de champ cuites et pelées
sauce à l’ail, beurre
Préparation:
Remplir les poêlettes avec des tranches de pommes de
terre, couvrir avec de la sauce à l’ail et gratiner 3–4
minutes.
Fruits avec sauce sucrée - un dessert délicieux
Ingrédients:
150 g de fruits de saison en
morceaux, jus de citron, sauce
sucrée
Préparation:
Remplir des fruits dans les poêlettes, les arroser d’un
peu de jus de citron, les napper avec la sauce sucrée et
les gratiner 3-4 minutes.
