Řízek tence naklepejte, osolte, opepřete, potřete
hořčicí, rozdělte na 3 kousky. Šalotky nakrájejte
na tenká kolečka a pokládejte na řízek, na každý
řízek jeden plátek slaniny. Řízek pevně srolujte,
konce upevněte párátky, potřete olejem a pečte

Větší kousky masa doporučujeme nakrájet na nudličky silné cca 1 cm, zkrátí se tím doba přípravy.
