Palomitas con queso parmesano
Prepare 60 g de palomitas como se describe sin azúcar ni sal. Derrita 2
cucharadas de mantequilla. Vierta las palomitas y la mantequilla derretida en
un recipiente y añada 2 cucharadas de parmesano finamente rallado, una pizca
de sal y un poco de ajo en polvo al gusto. Mezcla bien todos los ingredientes. La
preparación será aún más fácil si en lugar de un recipiente utiliza una bolsa de
congelador en la cual vierta los ingredientes y, después, la sacuda bien.
Palomitas de chocolate
Prepara 60 g de palomitas como se describe, en caso necesario, con una pizca
de sal. Caliente el chocolate al gusto y con cuidado al baño maría hasta que se
haya derretido. Mezcle las palomitas con la masa de chocolate en un recipiente.
Distribuya la masa sobre una bandeja de horno con papel de horno y deje
solidificarse el chocolate.
