Bizcocho de nueces
Añadir 70 g de nueces molidas, 2 cucharadas de Amaretto o de leche. Omitir la cáscara, el zumo de
naranja y las almendras.
Bizcocho de manzana
Pelar 1 manzana pequeña, cortarla en cuartos, deshuesar y cortar en dados de 1 cm. Omitir las al-
mendras.
Bizcocho de especias
Sustituir el zumo de naranja por vino tinto, añadir 1 pizca de clavo molido y 1/4 cucharadita de ca-
nela
Bizcocho de guindas
Añadir 2 cucharadas de guindas escurridas, 1 cucharadita colmada de cacao, aprox. 50 ml de zumo
de guindas, 1 pizca de canela. Omitir la cáscara, el zumo de naranja y las almendras.
Bizcocho integral
Puede sustituir la harina blanca por harina integral de trigo, aunque en ese caso necesitará algo más
de líquido (aprox. 1 o 2 cucharadas más del líquido correspondiente).
También puede utilizar sus recetas de bizcocho esponjoso habituales o las mezclas comerciales de
harinas preparadas. A partir de sus propias recetas o de las mezclas preparadas podrá obtener, proba-
blemente, varios bizcochos. Sin embargo, preste siempre atención a la cantidad de llenado máxima
del aparato, dado que la masa se expande durante el horneado. Llene el molde como máximo hasta
los 3/4 dado que la masa sube durante el horneado.
Para un bizcocho en la bizcochera utilice 6 cucharadas colmadas de su masa anterior.
Si desea obtener bizcochos más pequeños, p. ej., para fiestas de cumpleaños de niños o como deco-
ración, llene el molde solo hasta la mitad y hornee el bizcocho entre 8 y 10 minutos.
