Cuencos de barquillo dulces (aprox. 15 unidades)
Receta básica
65 g de mantequilla líquida, 250 g de azúcar, 1 pizca de sal, 2 huevos, 250 g de harina tipo 405,
450 ml de agua fría
Mezclar todos los ingredientes y dejarlos reposar durante una hora como mínimo antes de hornearlos.
Tiempo de horneado de aprox. 3-4 minutos.
Gofres de coco
Incorporar además 3 cucharadas de coco rallado a la masa básica.
Gofres de naranja
Incorporar además ½ frasco de aroma de naranja y 1 cucharada de ralladura de naranja a la masa
básica.
Gofres de limón
Incorporar además ½ frasco de aroma de limón y 1 cucharada de ralladura de limón a la masa básica.
Gofres de nueces y almendras
Incorporar además ½ frasco de aroma de almendras amargas y 2 cucharadas de nueces o almendras
ralladas a la masa básica.
Cuencos de barquillo sabrosos
(aprox. 18 unidades)
Gofres de pesto de tomate
65 g de mantequilla líquida, 350 ml de agua fría, 100 g de pesto de tomates (producto preparado),
1 huevo, 200 g de harina tipo 405
Batir todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa lisa. Esta masa no necesita reposar antes de hor-
nearla. Tiempo de horneado de aprox. 4-5 minutos. Con una cucharadita colmada de orégano seco
conseguirá cuencos de barquillo tipo pizza. Puede añadir todas sus especias y hierbas favoritas siem-
pre que estén secas. No utilice nunca hierbas frescas dado que los gofres no quedarían crujientes.
Gofres de avena
65 g de mantequilla líquida, 450 ml de agua fría, 1 huevo, 1 cucharada de caldo de verdura en gra-
no, 200 g de harina tipo 405, 75 g copos de avena integral
Batir todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa lisa. Esta masa no necesita reposar antes de
hornearla. Tiempo de horneado de aprox. 4-5 minutos. Consejo: Para gofres integrales puede omitir
los copos de avena y utilizar harina integral finamente molida.
Sin gluten, gofres sabrosos
65 g de mantequilla líquida, 450 ml de agua fría, 1 huevo, 1 cucharada de caldo de verdura en gra-
no, 400 g de harina sin gluten (p. ej., harina Schär Mix C)
Batir todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa lisa espesa. No deje reposar la masa antes de
hornearla: procésela de inmediato. Tiempo de horneado de aprox. 4-5 minutos.
