Crêpes Suzette
100 g de manteca, 100 g de azúcar, Jugo de ½
naranja, 1 copita de Curaçao, 1 copita de ron
Preparar los crêpes según la receta básica, sin
embargo, poner algo menos de leche que lo
indicado, y en lugar de ello, agregar el jugo de la
media naranja y un poco de curaçao.
Caramelizar el azúcar y la manteca en una sartén
de flambear y echar jugo de naranja encima.
Doblar los crêpes en dos, colocar en la sartén,
cubrir con licor de naranja y flambear con ron.
Crêpes con jamón y queso
8 tajadas de jamón cocido, 8 tajadas de queso
de tostar, 40 g de manteca, Mostaza
Elaborar los crêpes de masa salada según la
receta básica.
Cubrir los crêpes con una capa fina de mostaza,
y colocar encima una tajada de queso y una de
jamón.
Enrollar los crêpes, colocar en un molde de
horno, y echar manteca líquida encima.
Hornear en el horno a 230 °C durante aprox.
10 minutos.
