PRIMA DEL PRIMO UTILIZZO
1. Rimuovere tutto il materiale di imballaggio e le eventuali protezioni dalle aperture. Tenere il
materiale da imballo fuori dalla portata dei bambini – pericolo di soffocamento!
2. Pulire tutti i componenti con un panno umido, come descritto nel capitolo “Pulizia e
manutenzione”.
3. Accertassi che l’apparecchio sia stabile.
4. Collegare la base con il cavo alla corrente (220–240 V~, 50 Hz).
5. Togliere il contenitore dalla base.
6. Premere il pulsante di apertura nella parte superiore della maniglia. Il coperchio si sblocca e si
apre.
7. Versare acqua fredda fino a raggiungere il livello Max.
8. Chiudere il coperchio premendo leggermente.
9. Posizionare il contenitore con l’incavo della parte inferiore del recipiente.
10. Premere l’interruttore verso il basso e portare l’acqua ad ebollizione. La spia luminosa sulla parte
superiore del manico si accende.
11. A questo punto l’acqua si scalda.
12. Non appena l’acqua bolle, il dispositivo di spegnimento automatico spegne l’apparecchio e le
spie di controllo si spengono.
13. Per ragioni igieniche, gettare l’acqua della prima cottura.
UTILIZZO
1. Collegare la base alla rete elettrica mediante l’apposito cavo.
2. Premere il pulsante di apertura nella parte superiore della maniglia.
Il coperchio si sblocca e si apre.
3. Introdurre nel contenitore max. 1,5 l (marcatura “MAXIMUM”) e min.
0,5 l di acqua (marcatura “MINIMUM”).
ATTENZIONE! Se il recipiente è troppo pieno, possono fuoriuscire spruzzi d’acqua bollente!
4. Appoggiare il contenitore verticalmente sulla base, in modo da realizzare il contatto elettrico fra
i due pezzi.
5. Chiudere il coperchio esercitando una leggera pressione fino allo scatto.
6. Premere l’interruttore verso il basso e portare l’acqua ad ebollizione. La spia luminosa sulla parte
superiore del manico si accende.
7. Quando l’acqua bolle, l’apparecchio si spegne automaticamente (interruzione di bollitura). Se
si desidera interrompere prima il riscaldamento dell’acqua, è possibile spegnere l’apparecchio
manualmente agendo sull’interruttore o separando il contenitore dalla base.
