DÉPANNAGE/
TROUBLESHOOTING
Pas de lumière sur les boutons.
Pas de café, pas d‘eau.
Le café n‘est pas assez chaud.
La fenêtre coulissante ne se ferme pas complètement ou la machine ne démarre pas la
préparation.
Fuite ou écoulement inhabituel du café.
Les voyants clignotent à intervalles réguliers.
Les voyants clignotent à intervalles réguliers.
Les voyants clignotent de façon irrégulière.
Aucun café ne s’écoule, uniquement de l’eau
(bien qu’une capsule ait été introduite).
La machine se met en Arrêt automatique.
La machine est passée en mode Arrêt automatique; touchez l‘un des boutons ou poussez sur la fenêtre
coulissante. Vériez le secteur: prise, tension, fusible.
Vériez le réservoir d‘eau, s‘il est vide, remplissez-le avec de l‘eau potable. Détartrez si nécessaire.
Préchauez la tasse. Détartrez la machine si nécessaire.
Videz le bac à capsules. Assurez-vous qu‘aucune capsule ne soit bloquée à l‘intérieur de la machine.
Vériez que le réservoir d‘eau est correctement positionné.
Videz le bac à capsules utilisées et vériez qu‘aucune capsule ne soit bloquée. Puis touchez un des
boutons Si le problème persiste, appelez le Club
Nespresso
.
Remplir le réservoir d‘eau. Si le problème persiste, appelez le Club
Nespresso
.
Quitter la procédure de détartrage (voir le paragraphe sur le détartrage). Débranchez la prise du secteur
et rebranchez-le après 10 sec. Si le problème persiste, appelez le Club
Nespresso
.
Vériez que la fenêtre coulissante est complètement fermée. Si le problème persiste, appelez le Club
Nespresso
.
Pour économiser de l‘énergie, la machine passe sur le mode Arrêt après 9 minutes de non utilisation.

No light on the controls.
No coee, no water.
Coee is not hot enough.
The slider does not close completely or the machine doesn‘t start brewing.
Leakage or unusual coee ow.
Lights ash alternatively from back to front.
Lights ash alternatively from front to back.
Lights ash irregularly.
No coee, water just comes out (despite inserted capsule).
Machine turns to O mode.
The machine has turned to O mode automatically; touch one of the controls or push the slider. Check
the mains: plug, voltage, fuse.
Check the water tank, if empty, ll with potable water. Descale it if necessary.
Preheat cup. Descale the machine if necessary.
Empty the capsule container. Check that no capsule is blocked inside the machine.
Check that the water tank is correctly positioned.
Empty the used capsule container and check no capsules are blocked. Then touch any control.
If problem persists, call the
Nespresso
Club.
Fill the water tank. If problem persists, call the
Nespresso
Club.
Exit descaling procedure (see paragraph on descaling). Disconnect plug from the mains and reconnect
after 10 sec. If problem persists, call the
Nespresso
Club.
Pull the slider to ensure it is closed. If problem persists, call the
Nespresso
Club.
To save energy the machine will turn to O mode after 9 minutes of non use.
