Alle Zutaten ausser Back-Kakao und Halbbitter-Schokolade in Schüssel geben und ca. 3 Minuten rühren.
Mettre tous les ingrédients, à l’exception du cacao de pâtisserie et du chocolat mi-amer, dans le bol et
battre pendant env. 3 minutes.
Place all ingredients except for baking cocoa and dark cooking chocolate into mixing bowl and mix for
about 3 minutes.
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti nella ciotola, eccetto il cacao per dolci e il cioccolato fondente, quindi sbattere
per circa 3 minuti.

Halbbitter-Schokolade in grosse Stücke brechen und mit einer groben Reibscheibe zerreiben.

Break dark cooking chocolate into large pieces and grate with a rough grater.

Pour half the batter into a baking tin. Fold in baking cocoa and grated cooking chocolate into the remaining
batter.

Eine Hälfte des Teigs in Backform füllen. Back-Kakao und geriebene Schokolade in restlichen Teig rühren.

Ca. 55 65 Minuten in der Backofenmitte bei 180 °C Ober- und Unterhitze backen.
