Grünkohl-Chips
Zutaten
● 450 Gramm Grünkohl ● 1 Esslöffel Olivenöl ● Salz nach Geschmack
Zubereitung
1. Den Grünkohl waschen und trocken schleudern oder abtrocknen. Die Blätter von den
Stielen abschneiden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Grünkohl
vor dem Kochen vollständig trocken ist.
2. Olivenöl und Salz in einer Schüssel vermischen und über den Grünkohl gießen.
3. Den Gitterkorb leicht einölen und den Grünkohl in den Gitterkorb legen, dabei nur
eine Lage Grünkohl einfüllen.
4. Den Timer auf 3-5 Minuten und die Temperatur auf 190°C einstellen.
5. Den Vorgang wiederholen, bis der gesamte Grünkohl gegart ist.
6. Servieren.
Gedörrte Fruchtscheiben

● 1 Orange
● 1 Kiwi
Zubereitung
1. Die Früchte in Scheiben schneiden.
2. Die Früchte in den Gitterkorb legen, dabei nur eine Lage einfüllen. Gitterkorb in die
Fritteuse geben.
3. DEHYD auswählen und Start drücken, um mit dem Garvorgang zu beginnen
4. Falls erforderlich, noch 2 Stunden weitergaren.
