2. PREVENTION OF MATERIAL DAMAGE
To prevent condensation, turn on the unit when cooking.
Never clean the controls using a damp cloth.
Follow the cleaning instructions.
Do not use sharp or abrasive cleaning tools.
Clean stainless steel surfaces only in the direction of sanding.
Never clean the operating elements using stainless steel cleaners.
The air exhaust pipe must be installed at an angle of at least 1° to the unit.
