Defective LED lamps can only be replaced by the manufacturer's service personnel or a
qualified specialist (electrician).

The LED lighting is on, but

The fan turbine is blocked.
The motor is damaged.
Turn off the unit and call an authorized person to carry out the
repair
Neither the LED lighting nor
the fan work.
LED module burned out.
The power cord is not plugged in properly.
Insert the plug firmly into the outlet.
The unit emits strong
vibrations.
The fan turbine is damaged.
The fan motor is not firmly attached.
The unit is not properly secured to the stand.
Shut down the unit and repair only with the help of qualified
service personnel.
Lower the unit and check that the bracket is in the proper
position.
Air intake power
is reduced.
Too much distance between the unit and the hob.
Readjust the distance respecting the safety distances.
The intake of fresh air in the room is not sufficient to
compensate for the exhaust air.
9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To ensure optimal operation of the unit for a long period of time, clean and care carefully.
9.1 Cleaning products
Do not use sharp or abrasive cleaning agents.
Do not use cleaning agents with a high alcohol content.
Never use wire sponges or hard dish sponges.
Do not use special products for hot cleaning.
Use glass cleaners, glass scrapers or stainless steel care products only if they are
recommended in the cleaning instructions for the particular component.
Wash new cloths thoroughly before use.

Inappropriate cleaning agents can damage the surface of the unit.
9.2 Cleaning the unit
Clean the unit as directed to avoid damage to various components and surfaces from
improper cleaning with inappropriate cleaning products.
