Explanation of display items (Fig. H)
Speed
- Shows the actual treadmill speed in workout mode.
Incline
- Shows the actual treadmill incline in workout mode.
Distance
- Shows the ran distance workout mode.
- Shows left distance when workout in countdown mode.
Time
- Shows the ran time in workout mode.
- Shows left time when workout in countdown mode.
Step
- Shows the number of steps you have walked/ ran during your
workout.
Heart
- Shows the pulse rate in workout mode, or “P” when no pulse is
measured.
Calories/ Energy
- Shows the consumed K .calories in workout mode.
- Shows left K. calories when workout in countdown mode.
‼ NOTE
This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise
sessions which cannot be used in medical treatment.
‼ NOTE
LED Displays for Time/ Step, Heart/ Incline & Calories/ Distance
scans every 5 seconds.
General profile display
- The bottom line from left to right denote time in minutes between
0~30. It is updated once every 15 minutes during workout
- Left side bar from top to bottom shows incline or bpm value
during workout, press the “Enter/ Start” button to switch between
Incline/ bpm. ( incline is shown in blue/ bpm is shown in red)
- Right side bar from top to bottom shows the speed value.
- The white dot line shows current position, which moves rightward
as workout time increases. The workout screen could show 5-hour
data at most.
- The orange curve shows the user’s actual heart rate, which varies as
the heart rate frequency goes up and down.
USB function
The user can connect their device to charge during workout.
Voltage/ Current: 5VDC/ 1.0 Amp
Programs menu
Quick start (Fig. F-1)
- Use “Speed & Incline + / - “ buttons to navigate in main menu and
select “Quick start“.
- Press “Enter/ Start” to confirm and start the 3 seconds countdown
to activate the quick start mode.
- Trainer will start up in minimum speed, without any further
settings..
During workout mode
- Use “Speed control” keys to adjust the speed setting to your
requirements at any time.
- Use “Incline control” keys to adjust the incline setting to your
requirements at any time.
Pause/ end your workout (Fig. K-5)
Press “Back/ Stop” button at any time, to stop your active workout.
Trainer will shut in pause mode where the display will give you 3
options. Use “Speed & Incline + / - “ to select your preferred option.
Continue:
Choose ”Continue” to return to your workout, and display will start
the 3 seconds countdown before maintain the paused workout.
Exit:
Choose ”Exit” to stop your workout, and display will show the “Last
session” information. Showing a summary of your workout.
Save&Exit
Choose “Save&Exit” and save the file in “Own Trainings”
- File naming mode will open as a at the pop-up balloon at the
bottom of “Save&Exit” button.
- Press “Enter/ Start” button to open the text editing option,
showing an “A”
- Change it as you wish by using “Speed & Incline + / - “ buttons
and confirm the character with “Enter/ Start” button, opening the
next character.
- Complete your file name by repeating this procedure.
- When you completed your file name select the “V”, and display
will show the “Last session” information. Showing a summary of
your workout.
‼ NOTE
To save training data it is required to have 10 minutes or 3 km of
training profile data.
It is not possible to store training data when being in Fitness
test or T-Road mode.
Target heart rate
- Use “Speed & Incline + / - “ buttons to navigate in main menu and
select “Target HR“
- Press “Enter/ Start” to confirm and enter the Setting screen.
HR target programming display
Display screen shows “target heart rate Range 80 - 220 bpm”
- Use “Speed & Incline + / - “ buttons to set your desired target HR
setting and confirm with “Enter / Start.
- While changing the parameter the max Hr percentage will
automatically update the max HR percentage of the selected user
setting, based on age.
Training duration goal programming display
- Use “Speed & Incline + / - “ buttons to select an Energy, Time or
Distance goal, and confirm with “Enter / Start.
- Use “Speed & Incline + / - “ buttons to set your desired duration
goal and confirm with “Enter / Start.
Energy: Range 50 ~ 2000 Default 200 ± 50.
Time : Range 10 ~ 180 Default 200 ± 30.
Distance: Range 3 ~ 100 Default 10 ± 1.
- Press “Enter/ Start” to confirm and start the 3 seconds countdown
to activate the “Target HR” mode.
The “Target HR” program is heart rate controlled.
The trainings intensity will be automatically adjusted based on the
users heart rate and the pre set HR target.
When user heart rate is below the target, the intensity will increase.
When user heart rate is above the target, the intensity will decrease.
During workout mode
- Use “Speed control” keys to adjust the speed setting to your
requirements at any time.
- Use “Incline control” keys to adjust the incline setting to your
requirements at any time.
