Pure 4.1
training.
In keuzemenu’s kiest u hiermee een
hogere waarde.
Reset toets :
Wanneer deze toets 2 seconden vast
wordt gehouden start de dislay opnieuw
op met het hoofdmenu. (Alle getoonde
data zal verwijdert worden).
Start/ stop toets :
Start de training wanneer trainer in
ruststand is.
Stopt/ pauzeert de training wanneer
trainer actief is.
Extra functies
• Kies snelheid/ afstand eenheid
door de Metric/ Imperial switch op
de achterkant van de console te
gebruiken.
• Wanneer u één of meerdere
startwaardes heeft ingesteld, zal de
waarde optellen wanneer deze “0”
bereikt heeft.
Inschakelen
Sluit de trainer aan op het stroomnet.
De computer start op en al de display
segmenten worden voor 2 seconden
weergegeven
De Console toont de eenheid instellingen
en de geïnstalleerde software versie
in de display voordat de display het
opstartscherm toont.
Display functies
Time scherm :
Geeft de tijd weer tijdens training.
Range: 0:00 ~ 99.59
Speed scherm :
Geeft de snelheid weer tijdens training.
Range: 0 ~ 999.
RPM scherm :
Geeft de rotaties per minuut weer tijdens
training.
Range: 0 ~ 999.
Watt scherm :
Geeft de training watt kracht weer tijdens
training. In watt programma modus toont
de console de ingestelde watt waarde.
Instel range: 0 ~ 350.
Pulse scherm :
Geeft de hartslag in slagen per minuut
weer tijdens training
Distance scherm :
Geeft de afstand weer tijdens de
training.
Range: 0.0 ~99.9
Calories scherm :
Geeft de verbrande calorieën weer
tijdens training.
Range: 0 ~999
Toets functies
Body fat toets :
Test het lichaamsvet in % en de BMI.
Recovery toets :
Test de hartslag herstelstatus.
Down toets :
Verlaag de weerstandswaarde tijdens
training.
In keuzemenu’s kiest u hiermee een
lagere waarde.
Mode toets :
Hiermee bevestigd u uw keuze/selectie.
Up toets :
Verhoog de weerstandswaarde tijdens
