1. Raak de TRAINING-knop aan om naar het trainingsmenu te gaan.
2. Scrol door de lijst om PRESET PROGRAMS te selecteren. Raak het menu-item
aan om te bevestigen.
3. Scrol door de lijst om een trainingsprofiel te selecteren. Raak het menu-item aan
om te bevestigen.
4. Raak het bijbehorende menu-item aan om de tijd of de afstand in te stellen.
5. Beweeg de schuifknop om de waarde voor het geselecteerde menu-item te
wijzigen. Raak SELECT aan om te bevestigen.
6. Breng het toestel in beweging om de training te starten. Als u streefwaarden
heeft ingesteld, beginnen de waarden op of af te tellen.
7. Verander handmatig de weerstand tijdens de training: Beweeg de schuifknop om
de weerstand in te stellen.
8. Als u de streefwaarden heeft bereikt, zal er een alarm klinken. U kunt doorgaan
met uw training.
9. Raak de BACK/STOP-knop aan om de training te stoppen.
10. Raak EXIT aan om de training te stoppen. Raak SAVE AND EXIT aan om de
training op te slaan en te stoppen.
T-RIDE
1. Raak de TRAINING-knop aan om naar het trainingsmenu te gaan.
2. Scrol door de lijst om T-RIDE te selecteren. Raak het menu-item aan om te
bevestigen.
3. Scrol door de lijst om het terrein te selecteren. Raak het menu-item aan om te
bevestigen.
4. Beweeg de rode balk aan de linkerkant naar de gewenste positie om het
beginpunt voor uw training in te stellen. Raak SET START aan om te bevestigen.
