3. 3. Para detener el test una vez que ha alcanzado la frecuencia cardíaca objetivo,
pulse el botón BACK/STOP o deje de pedalear. El contador ahora cambiará a la
pantalla de resultados del test:
– A) Aerobic fitness = una estimación de su nivel de estado físico en su zona
de esfuerzo habitual, que ofrece la mejor indicación de su estado físico con
relación a la salud.
– B) MET value = una lectura que muestra el múltiplo de su absorción de
oxígeno máxima en completo reposo.

C) Ml/kg/min = una lectura que le indica los mililitros de oxígeno por
kilogramo de peso corporal por minuto que consume su cuerpo.
– D) L/min = una lectura que le indica su absorción de oxígeno en litros por
minuto. A diferencia de los valores anteriores, l/min no toma en cuenta el
peso corporal del usuario.
– E) Wmax = una estimación de su potencia de ejercicio máxima, medida en
vatios.
– F) Watt/kg = la relación de su potencia de ejercicio máxima a su peso.
