1. Touchez le bouton TRAINING pour aller au menu TRAINING.
2.
Faites défiler la liste pour sélectionner PRESET PROGRAMS. Touchez l'élément
de menu pour confirmer.
3. Faites défiler la liste pour sélectionner un profil d'entraînement. Touchez
l'élément de menu pour confirmer.
4. Touchez l'élément de menu correspondant afin de définir l'heure ou la distance.
5. Déplacez le curseur pour modifier la valeur de l'élément de menu sélectionné.
Touchez SELECT pour confirmer.
6. Mettez l'équipement en mouvement pour commencer l'exercice. Si vous avez
défini des valeurs cibles, leur décompte démarre.
7. Changez manuellement la résistance durant l'exercice : Déplacez le curseur
pour régler la résistance.
8. Dès que vous atteignez les valeurs cibles, une alarme retentit. Vous pouvez
continuer votre exercice.
9. Touchez le bouton BACK/STOP pour arrêter l'exercice.
10. Touchez EXIT pour arrêter l'exercice. Touchez SAVE AND EXIT pour enregistrer
et arrêter l'exercice.
T-RIDE
1.
Touchez le bouton TRAINING pour aller au menu TRAINING.
2. Faites défiler la liste pour sélectionner T-RIDE. Touchez l'élément de menu pour
confirmer.
3. Faites défiler la liste pour sélectionner le terrain. Touchez l'élément de menu
pour confirmer.
4. Déplacez la barre rouge sur la gauche pour l'amener à la position requise afin de
définir le point de départ de votre exercice. Touchez SET START pour confirmer.
