Paso 2: Montaje de los manillares y el tubo
vertical delanteros
1. Monte la cubierta del tubo vertical (31) sobre el tubo
vertical (2) asegurándose de que está mirando en la
dirección correcta, como se muestra en la siguiente
fi gura. Pase los dos cables (44, 45) por la parte
inferior del tubo vertical y sáquelos por la abertura
superior.
2. Monte el tubo vertical (2) en el tubo que recibe el
cuadro principal (1) con seis tornillos de cabeza
hexagonal 5/16” x 5/8” (68), cuatro arandelas
planas 5/16” x 18 mm (76) en los dos lados del
tubo y arandelas curvadas 5/16” x 19 mm (83) en
la parte delantera del tubo. Tire ligeramente de los
cables mientras monta el tubo vertical para evitar
cortar los cables.
3. Retire la almohadilla blanca de espuma de poliesti-
reno (montada en fábrica para evitar que los tornillos
se caigan accidentalmente en la bicicleta).
4. Monte el cable del ordenador (44) y del conjunto
del sensor de impulsos manuales (45) en el conector
de la parte posterior de la consola (19). Monte la
consola en la placa de montaje con cuatro tornillos
de cabeza Phillips M5x12 mm (99). Tenga cuidado
de no apretar los cables entre la consola y la placa
de montaje, pues podría cortocircuitar los cables y
dañar la electrónica.
5. Monte el conjunto del manillar fi jo (3) en el tubo
vertical (2) con dos tornillos de cabeza hexagonal
5/16” x 5/8” (68), dos arandelas planas 5/16” x
18 mm (76) y dos arandelas hendidas 5/16” (82).
