PLATINUM PRO
Tussen elke training modus is er een
vrije modus van 1 minuut. ( free ride
interval )
De informatie berichten: “Slow down”/
“Speed up”/ “Speed ok” adviseerd de
snelheid aan te passen.indien nodig..
Door op de draaiknop de drukken
gaat u direct naar de volgende oefen
modus.
de X as geeft de tijd weer in minuten
met een bereik van 0~30. Deze wordt
elke 15 minuten ververst.
De Y as geeft weerstand in Nm weer.
De staafdiagram geeft de weerstand
weer in NM. Draai de draainkop opm
weerstand aan te passen.
De witte stippellijk geeft de huidige
positie weer tijdens uw training, deze
zal zich naar rechts verplaatsen
tijdens uw training. maximale
weergave is 5 uur.
De Orangje lijn geeft de hartslag
weer.
De rechter boven hoek telt de tijd
van uw oevening af tot nul. Deze
zal herstarten bij de volgende oefen
modus.
De linker onderhoek geeft de De
informatie berichten: “Slow down”/
“Speed up”/ “Speed ok” weer.u
Druk “Back/stop”, om de training af te
breken.
Om de training te stoppen zie “Stop de
training”.

Draai aan de draaiknop en selecteer
“T-Trainer”
Druk op de draaiknop om de keuze
te bevestigen en ga naar het
instellingenscherm (1)
Workout screen.
Geeft training modus weer voor duur
van 10 seconden en schakelt dan
over naar oefen modus.
Er zijn 6 oeven modi
Te weten: Arm Push → Arm Pull →
Forward Pedal → Backward Pedal →
Forward Lean → Squat
