Disconnected SST
Thermal sensor in the second water tank is switched off or disconnected. The heating element will not function and the
water heater will not turn on until the problem is resolved.
Short SST
Thermal sensor in the second water tank is shorted out. The heating element will not function and the water heater will
not turn on until the problem is resolved.
Disconnected SFT
Thermal sensor in the first water tank is switched off or disconnected. The heating element will not function and the
water heater will not turn on until the problem is resolved.
Short SFT
Thermal sensor in the first water tank is shorted out. The heating element will not function and the water heater will not

WH Frost
The water may be frozen. The water heater will turn off.
Faulty FT heater
